Graham R. F. Napier
President and Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining TradeBeam, Graham was president and COO of the Fritz Companies, a $1.8 billion integrated logistics company that was sold to UPS for over $440 million in May of 2001. Before the Fritz Companies, he was vice president and general manager at Allied Signal Aerospace, where he was responsible for developing new ventures, strategic growth initiatives and supply chain services. Prior to that he served for five years at Ryder Integrated Logistics in North America and Europe. Graham’s experience also includes nine years with Lucas Industries, where he was responsible for re-engineering a number of business units in Europe, Latin America and North America.
James Leffel
Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing
Leffel has spent 23 years building and managing sales organizations at leading technology companies. He started his career with Compuware, holding a series of progressively more responsible positions. He was director of sales and operations for the Northeast before joining Borland as vice president and general manager of U.S. Sales and then MarkLogic as vice president of North American sales. Prior to joining TradeBeam, Jim was invited again to join Compuware, serving as regional vice president of western operations. Jim’s expertise is in successful business and sales turnarounds, revenue growth and profitability campaigns.
Buff L. Jones
Executive Vice President, Solutions, Engineering, and Managed Services
Buff has more than 15 years of executive management experience in the technology industry. Prior to TradeBeam, Buff was executive vice president of products at Macrovision, where she was responsible for product management, development, architecture and technical support of Macrovision’s business-to-business and entertainment software products, both SaaS and deployed. Before Macrovision, Buff was vice president of the WebSphere Business Integration Development group at IBM, where she was responsible for a global, 1,000-person team that delivered a solution re-engineered on an SOA platform. Buff has also held senior management positions in Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and General Management at CrossWorlds Software, Merant/MicroFocus, Compuware, and Candle.
Andrew Salentine
Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Counsel
Andrew comes to TradeBeam with a wealth of experience in the supply chain and global trade arena. Prior to joining TradeBeam, he was founder and president of Salco, a global trade consulting firm specializing in logistics and supply chain consulting as well as mergers, acquisitions and venture funding. Andrew also assisted with business development at Vastera, where he successfully increased revenue and managed acquisitions in Brazil, Canada and Mexico. Before Vastera, he founded Speedchain, a software provider acquired by Vastera in 2001, and served as senior managing counsel for the Fritz Companies, a $1.8 billion logistics company.
